PTFE Lined Piping for use with Corrosive, Hazardous and High Value Processes

CRP focuses on the manufacture of paste extruded PTFE using fine powders. This produces the most permeation resistant, highest mechanical strength, least wettable and smoothest linings.

Pipe fittings are produced using the lowest melt flow rate PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) resins. This translucent material provides a performance meeting or exceeding that of PTFE and enables complex geometries to be moulded with confidence.

Lined pipe spools and fittings are available in ASME, DIN and other standards from ½ inch/DN15 to 20 inch/DN500.  The piping system can be capable of service of up to 200°C/400°F at full vacuum. CRP manufactures most fittings as lost wax investment castings in steel providing great product strength and accurate geometry.
